It gives me great pleasure to mention that NAAC has conferred ‘A’ grade to college with 3.05 CGPA in its third cycle of accreditation. Thus college became the first college of Gondwana University to achieve this honour. This could be possible only because of guidance of Hon’ble Shantaram Potdukhe, Hardworking teaching staff, dedicated supporting staff and enthusiastic students of college. Now it will be recognized as institution of Academic excellence and achievement. It is among the best colleges in the University. We are imparting higher education to the Boys and Girls of this area and bringing about the changes in their socio-economic life.The college is recently honoured with Best College Award by Gondwana University.

I am delighted to mention that 56 students of college are placed in merit list of Gondwana University and two students were honored with Gold Medal. Under CSR scheme, Hindustan Petroleum limited distributed scholarship to around 250 students. Some of the students were also selected for scholarship by ACC. There are many academic and other activities conducted which are beneficial for students. Career guidance for competitive examination, placement activities, exhibition and fashion show by students of fashion designing department, awareness about prohibition of Liquor, Tobacco , Drugs (LTD) in the campus, Internal complaint committee (ICC). Guest lecture on various subject, seminar competition, various social activities, visit to old age home, are some unique features of the college. Some of the students are passing JAM, CPT and other competitive examination. NSS unit and programme officer got Best Unit and Best Programme officer award. The research Journals published by college are approved by university Grant Commission.
